Meet Erika Tetsworth

Erika Tetsworth has been Damian’s longtime assistant and an integral part of The Costantino Group for many years. As Damian’s right hand behind the scenes, Erika helps keep the many moving pieces of the business organized while making sure clients receive the communication, attention, and follow-through they deserve.

Her attention to detail, calm approach, and years of experience make her an invaluable resource throughout the real estate process. Just as importantly, Erika understands how Damian works and shares his commitment to providing clients with straightforward communication and a smooth, professional experience from beginning to end.

For many of our longtime clients, Erika isn’t just the person behind the scenes — she’s a familiar and trusted part of The Costantino Group.
